These terms govern your use of ZergBase software, the zergbase.com website, and any related services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
ZergBase is MIT-licensed open-source software. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute it in accordance with the MIT License included in the source repository. Nothing in these terms restricts rights you already have under that license.
ZergBase runs on your infrastructure. You are responsible for your own systems, data, and compliance with applicable law. Spacebeam does not access your data unless you grant support access.
Paid tiers require a subscription or agreement. Fees are as described at the time of purchase. ZergBase Pro is licensed per instance as described on the pricing page; Enterprise is licensed under a written agreement.
You agree not to use the software to violate law, infringe rights of others, or deploy it in ways that endanger people or systems. You are responsible for the actions of your agents.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Spacebeam does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacebeam's aggregate liability arising from these terms or the software shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Spacebeam in the twelve months preceding the claim. Spacebeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the software at any time. Spacebeam may terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your license ends; your data on your own infrastructure remains yours.
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica.
