This policy describes how Spacebeam Corporation S.R.L. ("Spacebeam", "we", "us") handles information collected through our public websites (zergbase.com, spacebeam.org, wildzerg.com, zergs.net) and the Zergbase platform.

Self-hosted data stays yours

Zergbase is a self-hosted product. When you run it on your own infrastructure, your data — containers, databases, agents, models, configuration — stays on your machines. We do not receive, store, or process your inference data, model weights, or agent state. There is no telemetry, no phone-home, and no cloud dependency.

What we collect on our websites

Our public websites do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. We may collect:

• Information you send us directly, such as in an evaluation request or a message to our contact addresses.
• Basic technical data in server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing service problems.

How we use it

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, process evaluation and license requests, operate and protect our websites, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or to provide a service you requested (for example, payment processing for licenses).

Retention

We retain direct correspondence as long as needed to respond and for our records. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
